Mission U16's Christian Fischer commitment to the University of Notre Dam

The Chicago Mission would like to congratulate U16 Forward, Christian Fischer, on his verbal commitment with the University of Notre Dame.  Christian entered his sixth season with the Mission as a very highly touted forward at the 1997 age level and has lived up to the expectations thus far.  “Christian is an all around, complete hockey player with his size and strength allowing him to be a physical force on the ice, while his skill set and vision allow him to be a creative and offensive threat every time he’s on the ice. Christian is a student of the game and takes pride in what he does every single day on and off the ice.  His approach and respect for the game has allowed him to mature and develop at a very rapid pace and that’s a big reason he was so sought after by many high-end Universities.  He’s a terrific young man whose future is very, very bright and it’ll definitely be fun watching his development over the next few years” said U16 Head Coach Chris Michael. Congratulations to Christian and the Fischer Family.
