Regina, Saskatchewan – As part of our commitment to Hockey Regina and Minor Hockey in Southern Saskatchewan, the Regina Pats are pleased to announce the 2011/2012 winner of the Regina Pat Canadians Academic Scholarship.
The winner for the 2011/2012 season is Jared Martin. Jared’s combination of on ice accomplishments and academic success has been rewarded with this award and the $1000 Scholarship that comes with it.
“We are proud of our contributions to HRI and the surrounding minor hockey associations. The scholarship is another example of the commitment we have made as an organization and as a league towards continued education for these young athletes. We would like to congratulate Jared on this award and wish him all the best in his future academic and athletic endeavours” Commented Pats President Brent Parker
