Beginning on December 1, TVCogeco will launch a brand-new weekly feature show - OJHL Rinkside.
The show will be focused on the OJHL's West Division and in particular the Burlington Cougars, Georgetown Raiders, Milton Icehawks and Oakville Blades. Airing weekly on Thursdays at at 9:00pm and Fridays at 8:30pm, the weekly program will feature player interviews, guests, game highlights and much more.
Hosted by TVCogeco's Al Galloway and Mike "The Hammer" Hancock, the first episode will air on Thursday, December 1 at 9:00pm.
OJHL Commissioner Marty Savoy explained the importance of shows like OJHL Rinkside, "With similar shows already in place in other regions of the league, the OJHL is thrilled that TVCogeco has taken on this project which will not only serve to service the West Division, but also to promote the league as a whole and more importantly, the players."
