PORTLAND WINTERHAWKS: Nov 22 Game

Press Release

With the cancelation of NBA games through the month of November, the Portland Winterhawks have moved the November 22 game against the Regina Pats to the Rose Garden. Game time is 7 p.m.

With many school districts closed the following day to begin the Thanksgiving holiday, that game will be a great way for families to start the holiday.

Tickets for that game are on sale now at the Rose Quarter box office, winterhawks.com and the team’s ticket office inside Veterans Memorial Coliseum. Season ticket and package holders will receive a seat location card in the mail in the coming weeks, and should bring the card and their Coliseum ticket to the game.

The final two home games of the month will remain at Veterans Memorial Coliseum, including the Friday, November 25 Daylight Classic against Spokane. With a 3 p.m. start time, the Coliseum’s curtains will be open for that game, allowing the sun into the arena bowl for the feel of an outdoor game. The Sunday, November 27 game against Swift Current will also remain in the Coliseum.
